There is no need for any special permissions to edit pages. There is not even a need to create an account. If you see something that you wish to change, then just click "edit" and do so. The Sandbox is a place where one can play around with Wiki editing.

The wiki markup is designed to be simple and to allow anyone to write pages, without any knowledge of HTML or CSS. Please see the Meta-Wiki's help page for detailed information.
