Everyone are welcome to edit anything. One does not need an account, just click the "edit" tab and start editing. Don't worry about spelling or grammar (but please do the best you can), someone will hopefully correct any typos.
The freedom goes both ways, no one "owns" a page. Anyone might come and edit what anyone else just wrote to improve it further. All versions of a page are stored in case of vandalism.
